If you book a stay, we ask for a 30% deposit at the time of the reservation. The remainder must be settled one month before the start of your holiday period.
Our target group are mainly families with children. If you wish to bring a pet, this is possible with payment of a deposit. If everything is left neatly on departure (no poo in the garden / no hair on seats or beds), we will refund this deposit within a week.
Cancellation insurance is not included in the rent, as a tenant you are free to take out cover through the insurer of your choice.
